Social Media & Marketing – Fall Internship

Job Summary

Our team is searching for a Social Media & Marketing Intern to improve our marketing strategy, manage event marketing projects, improve team productivity, and manage social media. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, organized, has strong communication skills, is creative, and loves the holiday season!

This would be a great role for someone interested in retail, marketing, event management, customer service or social media management.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist CEO with various projects
  • Create and implement social media strategy
  • Manage social media posts
  • Create email campaigns
  • Plan marketing events and pop-up shops
  • Develop partnerships for marketing purposes
  • Assist with photoshoot planning
  • Assist with customer service during busy season (Sept-Dec)

Qualifications & Skills

    • High school diploma/GED required (Minimum of 2 years in College preferred)
    • Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms
    • Flexible work hours but must be able to work occasional nights/weekends (10 to 15 hrs/week)
    • Ability to work remotely
    • Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Ideally able to start immediately
