Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that our products are fresh, perishable, and made custom for you, we are unable to give refunds to cancellations made 10 days or less before the requested delivery date.
Services Cancellation Policy
If customer cancels service(s) two-weeks or less before install/delivery date, customer shall pay the 50% deposit plus cost of greenery.
If customer cancels service(s) in advance ( 15 days or more before install/delivery date), customer will be charged for 25% of greenery costs plus all cost of services up to the cancellation date.
Greenery Consultation Cancellation PolicyCustomer must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation to receive full refund, if notice is given in less than 24 hours a 75% refund will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because these items are perishable, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please send us an email to orders@graciousgarlands.com with your order number and photos so we can proceed appropriately.
We recommend you open your package immediately upon receival to ensure freshness of the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
