We encourage our tastemakers to get ahead of the game on holiday decorating so that you have more time to enjoy the festive season. Preorder means that you can place your order from The Holiday Collection today and at checkout, you will be prompted to select your desired delivery date.
If you place your order after November 4, you will likely have to wait at least 10 days to receive your order from the day your order is placed. This is why we encourage you to get ahead and order now so you can have greater control over when your greenery arrives.
Unfortunately, we have made the very difficult decision to no longer source and sell Christmas trees. After much thought and deliberation, we decided it was best to focus on our greenery production.
Because we love trees so much and know how much you love our trees, we've worked hard to figure out where our Austin and Nashville customers should turn for trees.
If you live in Austin, we recommend you shop with Konrad at Konrad's Christmas Trees out of Round Rock. You can reserve your tree and if desired, tree delivery + installation online around September 18 at their website here: Konrad's Christmas Trees

This year we have decided to move to an all-dropshipping model to ensure we are providing you with the highest quality greenery around.
What does this mean? It means you can still order your greenery online and have it shipped right to your doorstep, free of charge.
We will not be setting up any local operations or shops nor will we be selling + installing trees this year.

Each product page tells you how long your greenery should remain "fresh." Please note that most foliage, except for evergreens, begins drying in about 4-5 days. We embrace the drying process and encourage you to not think dried equals dead.
Our guide provides ideas for upcylcing and loving your greens past their "fresh" state.
Our shipped items come from multiple farms based on the product to ensure the highest quality.
In this way, we are like Amazon and you may receive multiple packages if your order is coming from multiple partner farms. So check your tracking numbers to see if all of your items have arrived. Sometimes there are multiple boxes arriving on different days!
For our year round products, it takes approximately 2-4 business days for your order to be processed, pruned, made + shipped out so take this into consideration when ordering from our Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer Collections.
This does not include shipping time of 2 days.

Due to the fact that our products are fresh, perishable, and made custom for you, we are unable to give refunds to cancellations made two-weeks or less before requested delivery date.
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us.
If customer cancels service(s) in advance (15 days or more before install/delivery date), customer will be charged for 25% of greenery costs plus all cost of services up to the cancellation date.
