We encourage our tastemakers to get ahead of the game on holiday decorating so that you have more time to enjoy the festive season. Preorder means that you can place your order from The Holiday Collection today and at checkout, you will be prompted to select your desired shipment week. By selecting the Monday of that shipment week, you are accepting that your greenery will arrive to you sometime between Monday-Friday of that week. 

If you live in Austin or Nashville, you may pick up your greenery, and purchase our trees. And depending on your location, you may be eligible to enjoy our services of floral mailbox installation or tree installation.

Hours: 9am-5pm

Local Holiday Greenery Delivery
If you live in our delivery zones, you can have your greenery delivered to you for $35
Your delivery day will be determined by your delivery zone. You also are eligible to have your tree delivered and installed. We do not deliver trees without installation.


We will be delivering greenery + trees from Saturday, November 27 – Wednesday, December 1


Custom Floral Mailboxes
It’s the ultimate mark of southern holiday hospitality, hire us to come decorate your mailbox if you are in our local zone!


We will decorate mailboxes starting on Tuesday, November 23-Saturday, December 4.

The preorder deadline is Friday, October 24.

After the preorder deadline, Austin + Nashville locals will only be able to shop in person at our pop-ups or have their greenery shipped to them.

The last day to order online from The Holiday Collection will be December 6, 2020.

After this date, you will be able to shop our other collections online.

Don’t live in Austin or Nashville? No problem. We ship most of our products nationwide.

This holiday, we will be shipping orders every week starting Monday, November 8 through Monday, December 13. Orders require about a 10 day lead time from order placed to doorstep delivery, so plan ahead!

You will select your desired delivery week at checkout your greenery will be shipped to arrive to you that week. Please plan accordingly and plan early.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the timing of the arrival of your product once it is in the hands of the freight companies.


We do not ship the following items:
Bows
Wreaths + swags larger than 30″
Bay leaf Products
Trees
Boxwood Kissing Balls

Our shipped items come from multiple farms based on the product to ensure the highest quality.


In this way, we are like Amazon and you may receive multiple packages if your order is coming from multiple partner farms. So check your tracking numbers to see if all of your items have arrived. Sometimes there are multiple boxes arriving on different days!



For our year round products, it takes approximately 2-4 business days for your order to be processed, pruned, made + shipped out so take this into consideration when ordering from our Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer Collections.


This does not include shipping time of 2 days.

Due to the fact that our products are fresh, perishable, and made custom for you, we are unable to give refunds to cancellations made two-weeks or less before requested delivery date.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us.

If customer cancels service(s) in advance ( 15 days or more before install/delivery date), customer will be charged for 25% of greenery costs plus all cost of services up to the cancellation date.
